Zoom Drain

I had a drain back up on New Years Eve with no one available on the 1st. I received a referral to Zoom Drain and I couldn’t be more pleased. Brody, the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. I was kept abreast of the time he would arrive etc. the price was extremely reasonable! With a previous issue with our cast iron pipes I was nervous about another huge project. Brody explained everything on the camera which gave me relief. I would highly recommend Zoom Drain!!!!

Brody came out the same morning I called with drain issues. They were referred by my plumber. Brody was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He showed me the exact clog on camera. He also showed the water running after he cleared the clog. He had the problem resolved within a little over an hour. I will definitely keep their number to refer to others. Great job!

Both of our kitchen sinks were backed up and we were in desperate need of a plumber (dishes from a day and a half instantly piled up). We contacted a different plumber who didn’t have time but recommended Zoom Drain. I got a hold of Todd who contacted his team of technicians who said they could squeeze me in within the next two hours! Brody came to our home at the exact time they projected (seriously impressive). He was very clean throughout the process, wore booties through the house and brought in a rug to work on. Super friendly, answered my kids relentless questions, and explained the diagnosed issue and procedure, including potential cost depending on the severity of the clog. It ended up being the lowest price on the scale. I am amazed at the level of service they provided, at the last minute, after hours, on a FRIDAY! I highly recommend Zoom Drain and will not hesitate to call them or refer to family.

We called Zoom Drain because we suspected that our gutter drain leaders may have been clogged or broken and contributing to water in our crawl space . Brody, the technician, came out the same day to scope the leaders with a camera and test the flow of water through the pipes. And within a couple of hours of making the call we were happy to learn that our drainage system was working as expected and isn't a factor concerning the water in the crawl space. Great service! Brody was very professional and worked very quickly, making sure to keep things as neat and clean as possible. He offered 2 options for fixing the clog and it worked perfectly.

After purchasing a new home, within 4 days, the drains were clogged. Zoom was fast to respond to the call. This was a tough one! snaking alone wasn't getting it done (I'll spare the details.. but I'm an engineer and serious DIY guy.. so I know they were on the up-and-up). Zoom (Todd and Brody) were TENACIOUS at working a solution. We discussed various options. They worked long hours and were very pleasant to deal with at all points in the process. After a positive outcome, I was quite happy at the cost given the time that was spent. I'd happily work with them again.

Zoom helped us out of a huge problem. Our son likes to flush things down the toilet unfortunately, but Zoom helped fixed our problem quick and easy. Highly recommend and will use their services again!
